This Service is intended for business and commercial use. You represent that you:
- Have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Have authority to connect and use your organization's Meta ad accounts
- Will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain and update your information
- Use a valid email address
- Create a secure password
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Using strong passwords and enabling available security features
4. Use of Service
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use BruteForce.ai to:
- Import and analyze your Meta ad campaigns
- View AI-generated insights and recommendations
- Organize analyses into projects
- Export analysis results
- Share projects with authorized team members (if enabled)
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Access others' accounts or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Violate Meta Platform Terms or policies
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
5. Meta Account Connection
5.1 OAuth Authorization
When you connect your Meta account:
- You authorize us to access your ad account data via Meta Marketing API
- You grant us permission to fetch ad creative assets and performance metrics
- You can revoke access at any time via Meta Business Settings or our platform
5.2 Data Access Scope
We only access:
- Ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and ads you own or manage
- Ad creative assets (videos, images, copy)
- Performance insights (spend, impressions, CTR, etc.)
We do NOT access:
- Personal Facebook profiles
- Private messages or communications
- Friend lists or connections
- Non-advertising data
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
RocketShip HQ LLC owns all rights to:
- The platform, code, and technology
- AI models and algorithms
- Design, graphics, and branding
- Documentation and content
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of:
- Your Meta ad creative assets
- Your project names and notes
- Your account information
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process and analyze your ad content using AI
- Store and display your content back to you
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for Service improvement
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Uptime
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 AI Accuracy
AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of analysis or recommendations
- Specific business outcomes or ROI
- Compliance with advertising regulations in your industry
You are responsible for:
- Verifying insights before acting on them
- Ensuring your ads comply with applicable laws
- Business decisions based on analysis
8.3 Meta Platform Dependency
Our Service depends on Meta Marketing API. We are not liable for:
- Meta API downtime or changes
- Meta policy changes affecting data access
- Meta account suspensions or restrictions
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
9.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.2 Excluded Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss (beyond our reasonable efforts to prevent)
- Third-party actions or content
- Force majeure events
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate at any time by closing your account.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate Meta Platform Terms
- Your account is inactive for 12+ months
- Required by law or Meta enforcement
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- You remain liable for outstanding payments
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, contact us at shamanth@rocketshiphq.com to attempt informal resolution.
11.3 Venue
If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they will be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BruteForce.ai.
12.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
